Package prices include the listed service and standard maintenance parts. A tune-up is scheduled maintenance—not a repair for an existing fault. Machines that will not start or have a specific problem may require diagnostic work first.

Belt replacements and repairs are labour + parts, or quoted after inspection. We confirm the cost and get your approval before any extra work. HST and pickup/delivery are additional.

Diagnostic assessment — $55

For a machine that will not start or has a problem to track down. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. We explain what we find and get your approval before extra work.

Pricing questions

What is and isn’t included

Is the package price fixed?

Yes. The advertised package price covers the listed maintenance service and standard parts named in that package. HST is additional.

What can cost extra?

Repairs, model-specific replacement parts, excessive cleaning, pickup and delivery are outside the maintenance package. We explain any extra work and obtain approval before continuing. Special-order or higher-cost parts may require prepayment before they are ordered.

How can I pay?

Cash and e-transfer are accepted. Payment in full is due when equipment is picked up, or before it is returned by delivery.

What happens if repair does not make financial sense?

We explain what was found and give you the information needed to decide whether to continue.

Is pickup included?

No. Pickup and return delivery are quoted separately based on location, equipment size and access.
